Job 1:6 Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them.
7 And the Lord said unto Satan, Whence comest thou? Then Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
Job 2:2And the Lord said unto Satan, From whence comest thou? And Satan answered the Lord, and said, From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
From these two witnesses we see that the going to and fro is of Satan. Here we see God asking Satan two times, where did you come from? Both times Satan had the same answer. So we see that this going to and fro is of Satan.
Satan wanted to be as God.Gen 3:5 For God doth know that in the day ye eat thereof, then your eyes shall be opened, and ye shall be as gods, knowing good and evil. . ( yes he (Adam) wanted to as God. But notice it said gods with s at the end, which make it plural. This means a many member kingdom as God is a many-membered kingdom.) 2 Chronicles 16:9 For the eyes of the Lord run to and fro throughout the whole earth, to shew himself strong in the behalf of them whose heart is perfect toward him. Herein thou hast done foolishly: therefore from henceforth thou shalt have wars. ( having wars is showing that the true ministers of God are fighting this going to and fro of Satan. the only way to be made perfect is by the Holy Ghost and to be made strong. We must be careful what we see and hear. We must not hear the voice of Satan that runs to and fro. we must listen to the voice of God because his eyes are always looking. We must not be the 5 foolish virgins that had no oil in their lamp. We must have oil in our vessel as the 5 wise virgins. This vessel is our earthen vessel. We must not be lead away from the truth.

1 John 3:12 Not as Cain, who was of that wicked one, and slew his brother. And wherefore slew he him? Because his own works were evil, and his brother's righteous. ( we must look at this spiritual. he tried to twist everything around and make Able works to be evil and his be righteous. Isaiah 5:20 Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter! ( people this is what is happening today in the churches. They are slaying you spiritually and they are calling evil good and good evil. Yes, they are slaying you as Cain slew Able. These pastors in these churches are telling you it is alright to worship the idols
of xmass, easter, halloween, etc. which is all of satan ( Adam)

Genesis 4:9 And the Lord said unto Cain, Where is Abel thy brother? And he said, I know not: Am I my brother's keeper?
10 And he said, What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground.
11 And now art thou cursed from the earth, which hath opened her mouth to receive thy brother's blood from thy hand; ( The Lord put a curse on Cain, the same as he put a curse on Adam the wicked one. What curse did he put on them? The same curse the church is under along with you that are attending these churches. Galatians 3:10 For as many as are of the works of the law are under the curse: for it is written, Cursed is every one that continueth not in all things which are written in the book of the law to do them.( the works of the law is the curse and that where the church is, along with you. All I can say is if you like being under the law that is the place for you. If you like paying tithes stay where you are. Women if you like not being able to talk or preach and remain silent don't go nowhere. If you like being chained and can not go to another place of worship please don't move from your seat. Because you are very comfortable where you are sitting where the seat of satan is. 
12 When thou tillest the ground, it shall not henceforth yield unto thee her strength; a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be in the earth. ( thou tillest the ground meaning that you are laboring for these churches and while they are getting big $ and instead of them paying you, these pastors are paying themselves. You are nothing but a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth. Fugitive and vagabond meaning the same to wander be tossed to and fro. As I said earlier this to and fro is of satan and the world. It is not of God. Again being in the earth is the same as satan told God. just a reminder what satan told God; From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it.
13 And Cain said unto the Lord, My punishment is greater than I can bear.
14 Behold, thou hast driven me out this day from the face of the earth; and from thy face shall I be hid; and I shall be a fugitive and a vagabond in the earth; and it shall come to pass, that every one that findeth me shall slay me. ( That is what I am doing in this message I am slaying Cain and Adam.
Amos 8:12 And they shall wander from sea to sea, and from the north even to the east, they shall run to and fro to seek the word of the LORD, and shall not find it. ( you can not find the LORD with the running to and fro. You must Isaiah 55:6 Seek ye the Lord while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: ( the only way we can seek the LORD and call on him is to have a personal relationship with him and his word.

Daniel 12:4 says "But thou, O Daniel, shut up the words, and seal the book, even to the time of the end: many shall run to and fro, and knowledge shall be increased. ( Here in Daniel he said they are running to and fro seeking knowledge and knowledge is increased. 
¶ Hos 4:1 Hear the word of the LORD, ye children of Israel: for the LORD hath a controversy with the inhabitants of the land, because there is no truth, nor mercy, nor knowledge of God in the land ( there was no true doctrine discernment, understanding, wisdom in Israel of old which was law. God no longer requires law. Which he never did in the first place. God hated law but that is what the Old Israel wanted and which the church has gone back to. And you are allowing them to toss you to and fro also because it is what you want.There is no mercy under the law. The law said to stone them with stones, till they die. Burn them with fire. Stone this woman this woman was taken in adultery, in the very act. Your sins were not forgiven but rolled over from year to year 
Ephesians 4:14 That we henceforth be no more children, tossed to and fro, and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the sleight of men, and cunning craftiness, whereby they lie in wait to deceive; ( see you are as a child that is being tossed to and fro. You are allowing these pastors and churches to teach anything and doctrine and you will agree with them. Some teach you must be baptized in the name of the father son and holy spirit. Some teach that baptism is not necessary, and speaking in tongues is not for us today. There are many more things they do. These pastors are deceiving you and is skilled in deception; they make you think they have knowledge of the word while getting their messages from headquarters of some organization. They have so much guile coming from their mouths. 
Here is what the meaning of guile is if you don't know. It is subtilty or deceit. And this is what you are drinking and eating from these so- called men of God. I will tell you one thing and you can take it to the bank. This message did not come from no headquarters of some organization. This message is from the living God.
1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour: ( be sober do not drink from the wine these pastors are making you drink because it is poison wine. Watch and take heed what you are drinking. Get you a KJV and compare what they are saying, in other words, be vigilant. These pastors are your adversary, enemy. That is right he is your enemy. The verse said he walketh about. Is this not the same as we said about satan in the opening scriptures? Sure it is. From going to and fro in the earth, and from walking up and down in it. He is destroying you with false doctrine.

Another thing ruling over someone is not of God. These men are false shepherds. They care nothing about the sheep. All they do is feed the sheep poison which is false doctrines. Again they are in this for the $. Ezekiel 34: 1 And the word of the Lord came unto me, saying, 2 Son of man, prophesy against the shepherds of Israel, prophesy, and say unto them, Thus saith the Lord God unto the shepherds; Woe be to the shepherds of Israel that do feed themselves! should not the shepherds feed the flocks? 3 Ye eat the fat, and ye clothe you with the wool, ye kill them that are fed: but ye feed not the flock. ... ( Ezekiel was preaching and telling them these things came from God and then ask the question, he said should not the shepherds feed the flocks? That is what a shepherd should do but they were not and still are not feeding the sheep. They need to feed the sheep, corn wheat, and barley which all is the word of God. A true shepherd will keep his eyes out for the wolf in sheep clothing or the roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour. There is that walketh about again. A true shepherd will be as David. He slew both the lion and the bear. A true shepherd will leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost until he finds it? These false shepherds feeds themselves. Got a little off track but I felt like it was from God

Now back to ruling over. These pastors rule over the sheep. Ruling over one another is not of God. Deuteronomy 7:14 Thou shalt be blessed above all people: there shall not be male or female barren among you, or among your cattle. ( see both male and female is in this and can bare a child of God. There is no ruling over each one. We are all one in Christ even as the body is one. Galatians 3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. ( we are no longer a slave. We had and still do have a bondman. The bondman has set us free. Want to know who the bondsman is? Galatians King James Version (KJV)
5:1 Stand fast therefore in the liberty wherewith Christ hath made us free, and be not entangled again with the yoke of bondage. ( Yes it was Christ Jesus. If you are Galatians 5King James Version (KJV)

If not you are still under ruling over by the husband. Is it Christ Jesus or is it satan running to and fro? Men this includes you also. If you see man or woman you are carnal minded. All flesh is female to God. We do not rule over one another if we are in Christ.

Acts 4:32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.
33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.
34 Newith one accord in one place.ither was there any among them that lacked: for as many as were possessors of lands or houses sold them, and brought the prices of the things that were sold,
35 And laid them down at the apostles' feet: and distribution was made unto every man according as he had need.
36 And Joses, who by the apostles was surnamed Barnabas, (which is, being interpreted, The son of consolation,) a Levite, and of the country of Cyprus,
37 Having land, sold it, and brought the money, and laid it at the apostles' feet.
I have got to end this here. I have so much more but this is long. See people this is the way it should be as Acts states here in these last verses. We need to have all in common and not one trying to rule over each other. We all are of the body of Christ and we should be in with one accord in one place. The only one we need to reign over us is, Jesus Christ because he is sitting on the throne of God. He is our King and Messiah. Luk 1:33 And he shall reign over the house of Jacob for ever; and of his kingdom there shall be no end.
